Mission Statement
The Mission of the Irish Classical Theatre Company is to present the greatest works of dramatic literature:  international classics, modern plays of exceptional merit, and Irish plays, both traditional and contemporary; to produce them at the highest level of artistic excellence; to offer them to the public of Buffalo and Western New York and Southern Ontario, and subsequently, for national and international audiences.

fortunato-pezzimenti.jpgAbout Irish Classical Theatre Company
The Irish Classical Theatre Company, quite literally, brings a world of theatre within reach by presenting world-class productions on stage at its permanent home, the Andrews Theatre, the area's only true theatre-in-the round. At the Andrews, you're never more than twenty feet from the stage. To enhance your total theatre experience, the Chris O'Neill Lounge offers hospitality in a comfortable, congenial atmosphere before, at intermission and after the show.

In ICTC's 2017-2018 Season, we bring you a line-up of brilliant comedies, from light to dark, each based on the truth of human condition. You'll find wit and sophistication in plays by Noel Coward, W. Somerset Maugham and Oscar Wilde; laughs galore in a rarely produced madcap comedy by Arthur Richman; poignant humor in the American premiere of a beloved Irish literary favorite adapted by Shay Linehan; and the edginess and bite of a contemporary work by Ireland's own master of the macabre, Conor McPherson.

As an added incentive to subscribe this Season, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra is offering a 20% discount on tickets to Mozart's Operatic Favorites at Kleinhans Music hall on Saturday, January 27 at 8PM and Sunday, January 28 at 2:30PM. Five Singers from Julliard's prestigious Young Artist Program will join the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of Andrew Bisantz, to perform the music from The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, and Cosi fan tutte, showcasing some of Mozart's greatest works. You won't want to miss it!
